Adobe acquired Omniture in 2009. My role quickly expanded beyond the Omniture business to all Adobe Experience Cloud Technical Operations & Infrastructure Engineering. Later, I took on leadership for all Adobe cloud and corporate infrastructure, cloud spend (FinOps) & governance, and other critical internal IT and external customer facing cloud functions.Responsibilities included delivery of Adobe’s expanding cloud hosted solutions, from the data center infrastructure (space, power, network, storage, compute) to application delivery, building a modern cloud security organization, and due diligence and integration of more than a dozen acquisitions. Extensive experience in cost management of SaaS/Cloud model (P&L, COGS, Gross Margin); data center operations at scale; public cloud (AWS/Azure) enablement, governance and management; cloud architecture; Adobe Managed Services; and ITIL/service management functions, including incident, change, and problem management.Experience dealing with a strong technical staff and communicating with sr. business leaders and customers, who may not be as technical. Built a team to scale from a single location, to over 750 personnel, distributed across the globe to provide 24/7/365 technology services.In 2021, I moved to Adobe Technology Services to drive all global infrastructure delivery & engineering, cloud governance and enablement, data governance, IT vendor management, and build out a cloud spend CoE, horizontally across the entire business, working closely with CIO and CFO.After more than 25 years, from a 12 person startup to 30,000 at Adobe, I am humbled by the journey I have been blessed to be part of. I’ll forever be grateful for the colleagues, partners, and friends have been able to work side by side with. Adobe has so much potential ahead and I’m excited to see where the team goes next.
