I am responsible for providing technical direction for implementing and maintaining a set of public facing sites, APIs, mobile and connected applications and operational support of them for Turner Classic Movies.My daily responsibilities include owning and managing the full SDLC for TCM Digital properties, setting technical direction and alignment with overarching business and technical strategy, working with shared service teams across the organization.I currently manage a team of 4 full time developers and 1 near shore contractor. I lead the day-to-day work on Habitat Global Share and serve as an advisor together with IT for SharePoint 2013 across the organization. I provide expertise on available and emerging knowledge and learning systems such as MyHabitat, HFHI’s extranet, SharePoint, and other social collaboration tools. I conduct research to understand internal users needs, manage our intranet to maintain a proper balance of content and tools, as well as design and monitor site analytics to report on KPIs. I serve as a consultant to other teams interested in creating new internal products and learning solutions via Habitat Global Share.
