I concentrate my practice in the areas of trust litigation, probate litigation, fiduciary defense litigation, elder law, and estate administration, with an emphasis on contested trusts and estates, representing individuals, families, financial institutions, and medical institutions.I frequently lecture in the areas of trust and estate litigation, guardianships, special needs and estate planning before his colleagues and other professionals, including at The Chicago Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, as well as numerous hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and community organizations.
