A seasoned and accomplished public sector executive officer offering over 16 years of experience managing vital departments and functions in the public sector. Known for a direct, professional approach to managing teams and delivering results.I began my public service career as a volunteer firefighter while still in high school and took my first paid job in local government as a public safety dispatcher at the age of 18. I then became a certified police officer at the age of 19 and served full time in law enforcement for 20 years. In 2007, after serving in many different roles within my police department, I was promoted to Chief of Police and served in that role for eleven years before then being promoted to Town Manager in 2018.
