The majority of my career experience is working at Procore Technologies, a B2B SaaS startup turned public company that I joined as employee #35 back in 2012. I was asked to build out Procore’s first Sales Operations team which ultimately evolved into a VP, Revenue Operations role managing a department that supported revenue growth from $5M to $250M. I have experience building and leading a team of over 40 people across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, Salesforce Engineering, Data Research, and Analytics. I know what it takes to balance launching into SMB, Enterprise, and International markets simultaneously, while also transitioning from a single product to a multi-product company. In my final role at Procore Technologies, I was Chief of Staff to the SVP of Global Sales at a time when the overall company had grown to 2,000 employees and the Sales department was responsible for growing recurring revenue to $400M.
