Hi! I’ve spent my past few years in Retail and Customer Service leading teams at Starbucks and Nordstrom. I have a passion for building connections; whether it’s a customer, client, candidate or someone I bump into on the street. I have experience with the full life cycle of recruiting and while my other roles have primarily focused on operations and customer service, I still managed to lead the candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding and continued career development while delivering excellence in all other operational areas. But wait—there's more!! I've successfully built teams from the ground up. At Starbucks, I was able to interview more than 100 candidates and offer 32 candidates in 1 month to launch a new store opening! At Nordstrom, I led our team through closures due to the pandemic and hired more than 20 candidates to build the business back better than we'd seen in more than a year.
