Diorama Labs was started to merge passions for design, technology, and storytelling. Our mission is to create innovative and immersive experiences that push the boundaries of visual media. By leveraging VR, AR, and 3D imaging, we develop products that transform how people interact with visual content, specializing in creating stereoscopic 3D images, VR experiences, and lenticular printing that bring historical photography to life, bridging the gap between the digital and physical worlds.

Overseeing the management team at Our Mutual Friend Brewing, I focus on pragmatic, empathetic, and thoughtful leadership. I'm passionate about creating a supportive work environment, through researching and implementing initiatives like comprehensive health benefits and retirement plans for our team. My curiosity about the evolving beer industry drives our strategic shift toward sustainability in our brewhouse, improving our margins, and deepening our relationships with local ingredient producers.In addition to operations, I spearhead the creative direction (and in most cases personally design) OMF's marketing and merchandising. We are continually evolving our brand to keep it fresh and interesting while maintaining a strong connection to our ethos. My role requires looking to the future, setting our brand apart in a frenetic, competitive market with strategies that emphasize our commitment to creating unique and enjoyable beer for the community, and a place to enjoy it. The biggest pillar of our brand identity is the design of our product packaging, ensuring it not only stand out on the shelves but also resonates with our core values.

After becoming Product Manager at Sentric, I took on the challenge of developing a new expense management feature, addressing a significant gap in our HRIS platform. My approach involved a deep dive into the current market, working closely with leadership and stakeholders to analyze the existing landscape and understand what our competitors offered. I conducted thorough interviews with both existing customers and Sentric's sales team to pinpoint the pain points and missed opportunities due to the lack of this functionality.I led the roadmapping of the project, setting clear objectives and key results (OKRs), and ensured alignment with development leadership to effectively communicate and manage the scope of the project. The design phase was characterized by rapid, iterative cycles that rigorously tested integration with existing systems, working hand-in-hand with the QA team to guarantee the feature met all specifications and was released on schedule.Additionally, I collaborated with the marketing team to craft accurate and compelling content about the new features, and developed training and knowledge base materials to support our users. My efforts extended to streamlining the entire product development process, enhancing documentation, promoting cross-training among product team members, and cultivating a more enthusiastic and collaborative culture within the team. These initiatives not only improved our product but also contributed to building a stronger, more cohesive team. Sentric was acquired by Paycor in April 2023.

During my tenure as a Senior Product Designer at Sentric, I spearheaded the adoption of the Material design system, which greatly enhanced our product's usability and accessibility. This initiative not only improved customer satisfaction but also played a crucial role in winning new business. The implementation of this design framework significantly reduced development time and costs, streamlining our processes and boosting overall efficiency.Additionally, I led the design and integration of an advanced electronic document and e-signature feature within the SentricHR platform. This project brought cutting-edge functionality, commonly found in standalone platforms, directly to our HRIS system. This addition provided SentricHR with a serious competitive advantage, allowing us to capture new business and elevate satisfaction among existing customers by saving time and drastically cutting down on paper use within their operations.

I worked with the marketing team to analyze customer demographics and behaviors, setting clear business goals and crafting effective content to boost brand visibility and engagement. I created various visual assets aligned with Beatport's style, contributing to a cohesive visual story.

I developed diverse marketing materials, including digital and print assets, and refined them based on client feedback. I efficiently managed multiple projects, meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality. My work consistently aligned with client branding and effectively targeted their audience across various platforms.
