Directly accountable for principal gift portfolio of $100,000+. Successfully brought ticket sales team in-house, breaking ticket sales records in first year across several sports. Spearhead all fundraising activities that has raised more than $30 million during tenure. Created and launched athletics’ first-ever capital campaign, securing first naming opportunities in program history. Member of Athletic Director’s senior staff since 2014

Responsible for the hiring, management, leadership and growth of the five person athletics development office at UTSA Athletics. Directly accountable for all major gifts of $25,000+. Management of donor level seating at UTSA Football games, including suites. Solicited and secured two consecutive years of largest gift to the athletics program along with record growth in donors and fundraised dollars during those years. Oversight of the Athletics Development Board.

Responsible for all fundraising efforts for the Intercollegiate Athletics program. Prospect, cultivate, solicit and steward major gifts of $100,000 or more. Also accountable for corporate sponsorships, annual fund, alumni/donor relations and special events (including sold out golf tournament each year). Surpassed record high totals in fundraised dollars and donors in first two full years of service. Secured largest gift in program history in two consecutive years.

Responsible for training, development and organizational growth of three franchises’ 28 salespeople and four management personnel.
