I am responsible for generating and collecting donations to assist the charity and their amazing services. This is achieved by traveling to various cities and towns across the North West of England. The role has provided the opportunity to develop excellent inter-personal skills as well as effective sales techniques. While I am not in a management position, I would often provide advice and motivation to other team members - something that was recognised by upper management.
