I am responsible for generating and collecting donations to assist the charity and their amazing services. This is achieved by traveling to various cities and towns across the North West of England. The role has provided the opportunity to develop excellent inter-personal skills as well as effective sales techniques. While I am not in a management position, I would often provide advice and motivation to other team members - something that was recognised by upper management. The job role was to collect shopping from online orders quick enough to meet set targets. This was to ensure delivery times were met for customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This job role varied from working on weddings, charity balls and many social events to working on professional conferences. This job involved the use of efficient communication skills due to always being around customers and members of staff. It also taught me to use my initiative as there wasn’t always a manager around to provide me with advice.
