Primary responsible for Internal IT and External Customer environment. Provides technical support and administration of computer networks, physical and virtual architecture, servers and storage with an emphasis on web services and support for web development activities. Responsibility for the management of both physical and virtual infrastructure. This includes hardware and software upgrades and maintenance, along with performance tuning and system monitoring. In addition, daily administration of firewalls, NAT, SAN, NAS, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, Apache, file and share permissions and security, Oracle, SQL, Cold Fusion, WSUS, Print Services, Backup Services, and Antivirus.
