This included creating the accounts, users, porting, equipment ordering, provisioning, testing, and some post-sales support which usually would be guiding them to the knowledge base or tech support for break/fix. Assist with Pre-Engineering including technical review, 3rd Party integrations (OPEN/Rest API, HL7, etc.) to understand pricing components and demonstrate solution appropriately.
