Created target lists of customers and prospective vendors utilizing SalesForce and mainly HubSpot for outreach campaigns and tracking (also trained my counterparts on this process) New Partner Onboarding and Ongoing Sales Training for their sales reps. This included ensuring training modules are completed followed by a deep product positioning session. Worked with partner leadership to align with their goals and support their business development and marketing initiatives. Fully demonstrate the UCaaS platform and the portal for end users and administrators. Align with contact center specialist for live demonstrations of CCaaS after presentation overview and gaining interest. RFP Review & Quoting assistance Assist partners with initial implementations to help get them acclimated to the process. This included creating the accounts, users, porting, equipment ordering, provisioning, testing, and some post-sales support which usually would be guiding them to the knowledge base or tech support for break/fix. Assist with Pre-Engineering including technical review, 3rd Party integrations (OPEN/Rest API, HL7, etc.) to understand pricing components and demonstrate solution appropriately. -
