As a member of the RTC Performance Committee, I take a deep dive into our network's Train Control delays to see how we can improve as an organization.I have completed numerous job aids and Standard Operating Procedures for use by our Metrolinx RTC team as well as external partners. These job aids have contributed to a solid increase in our Train Control performance, especially as we have ramped our service up to levels higher than we saw pre-COVID.I am currently working on a data analyzing metric to help pinpoint where our exact opportunities for improvement lay.
