Working within a digital and client experience function, we shape the strategy, design, and delivery of human-centered, data-driven products and services that enhance the financial well-being of millions.I have twenty years of experience in digital and customer experience innovation, including design research and strategy, CX design, service design, UX design, product design and product strategy. I've built high-performing design, customer experience, and product management teams of 50+. My work experience and master's degree in design enables me to manage design thinking and design strategy for the purpose of innovation and transformation. I also have deep experience in digital product strategy and product management, with expertise in agile and scrum and a CSPO certification. I enjoy orchestrating cross-functional transformation, both as a consultant or in-house manager.
