Senior Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition ManagerUnisource Worldwide, Inc. Apr 2008 - Jan 2011Norcross, Georgia, UsI worked as the only in-house Corporate Recruiter for Unisource Worldwide which is a 5,000+ employee company in the Paper, Packaging, and Facility Supply space. I reported to the Director of HR/Talent acquisition. I was responsible for managing, sourcing, and recruiting on 60+ open PERM positions at any given time. These roles were predominately in either IT, Supply Chain, or Accounting and Finance. I also managed Contract needs, and outsourced all of those needs to a 3rd party staffing partner, but also managed that candidate and their process. Responsible for candidate sourcing, and sorting ad response, qualifying candidates, screening candidates, packaging them with notes for review, scheduling interviews, confirming any travel, creating and getting offers approved before extending. In this role, I was responsible for building very strong relationships with our VP's, Director's, and Manager level customers and partnered with them to gain a clear understanding of their Ideal candidate, and where they were willing to flex. I created an in-house resume format, and Candidate screen form that was sent out to help highlight all the requirements that matched the candidates experience and needs. I was invited to attend Town-Hall Meeting, Team-Builder meeting, Speak during morning Agile Stand-up meetings, and was very welcomes and well respected by all. -
