• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare invoices and billing statements for charter and membership customers in timely and accurate manner, ensure confidentiality in all aspects of billing actions, manage complex invoicing mapped.
• Reconciliation & Collection: Drive billing collection and investigation (via Braintree by Paypal, Paymentech by Chase), issue billing adjustments, resolve problematic and delinquent invoices, process and deliver.
• Participate in interim and year-end audits: pull invoice, proof-of-payment, and statement-of-flight-activity data samples for AR and deferred revenue, collaborate with audit firm partners to resolve data.
• Review complex customer contracts and interpret them for billing purposes
• Promptly and accurately respond to billing questions and issues raised by the customers, sales team, management, and auditors

• Account Management
• Customer Support: Build and maintain relationships with clients (e.g. charter companies, flight schools, pilots, and corporate representatives), create and set up new customer accounts, triage and respond to customer.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare invoices and billing statements for customers including both private owners and charter companies, investigate payment discrepancy and billing adjustments, ensure collection of payment on.
• Data Integrity: Update active customer list for staff reference guide, maintain accurate customer database with up-to-date contact and billing information, lead and manage data migration efforts for POS/CRM system.
• Planning: Partner with scheduling coordinator to determine daily staff allocation based on planned and anticipated customer needs (e.g. aircraft detailing, aircraft repositioning, influx of scheduled charter flights).
• Execution: Delegate scheduled and impromptu customer requests for completion to staff on shift, manage task queue to oversee and ensure timely and quality completion, contribute to team coverage during high-volume loads
