With over seventeen years of experience in the healthcare technology management (HTM) field, I am passionate about improving the quality, safety, and efficiency of medical devices and systems. As a subject matter expert (SME) at Capital i, a leading healthcare consulting firm, I support various clients in optimizing their HTM operations and strategies, leveraging my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and my expertise in manufacturing process improvement, operational planning, and operations management.Prior to joining Capital i, I was an ECAT Account Manager at Thomas Scientific, where I managed the electronic catalog (ECAT) program for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), providing medical equipment and supplies to military facilities worldwide. I also served as a Program Director for the DoD Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) program, overseeing the training, certification, and deployment of BMETs across the armed forces.
