With over 19 years of experience in education leadership, teaching, and curriculum design, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities instructors and adminstrators face in both in-person and online learning environments. I also have a strong background in science, data analytics, and research, which enables me to assess evidence, communicate complex concepts, and use technology effectively.I am passionate about resolving conflicts using my varied past professional experiences and skills. I have worked as a high school teacher, a college lecturer, a high school principal, and a director of academics, leading teams, developing staff, designing assessments, and conducting research. I have taught anatomy and physiology at both the high school and college levels, giving me a solid knowledge base to discuss injuries. I am a technology enthusiast who enjoys sharing my enthusiasm by teaching technology to others.
