Current- Manage relationship with CX vendors to develop a comprehensive CX feedback program through email and website survey feedback. This includes strategically managing contract hours, develop new feedback instruments, manage work requests and develop cloud dashboards and reporting.- Support digital product development teams by identifying customer points, providing industry benchmarks and best practice and developing KPIs to measure success of new features. For example, I drove changes in the digital online Move-In Move-Out process journey that have helped improve satisfactions scores from 6.3 to 7.2 in eight months.
