Airfield Supply Company is a cannabis retail business, that had brought me onboard to start as a Budtender. A face-to-face sales position that has a strong emphasis on customer service, sales, and compassion. I excelled at this and was quickly promoted to Management. As a manager I had worked to increase sales, while maximising customer service and customer retention. I did this through innovating and implementing various procedures and tasks that are being utilized on a day-to-day basis. Managing a team of 30 - 50 individuals everyday was key. I would personally provide coaching, training, and professional reviews to the staff.

Caliva is one of the leading cannabis brands in California. While with Caliva I had helped create the infrastructure that they are using to this very day. I had helped with developing training programs for budtenders and assisted with the growth of the staff.

I was promoted to this position while still holding onto my Marketing Manager position. I have picked up a lot of responsibilities including Importing groceries and souvenirs from different countries. I have learned about the functions of the FDA and dealing with freight brokers.

I am responsible for all of the graphics for the company both online and in store. I create an online presence with our website, as well as across various social media outlets. We have a large following on Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, and Pintrest. I have increased our online viewership by over 1,000 patrons. I had also helped in getting the store to participate with Reddit's gift exchange.

Currently working at Pier 1 Imports at Blossom Hill in San Jose, CA. I am working closely with people, which I love. I assist customers from the greeting to the point of sale. I even help carry things out to cars, and am happy to do the light/heavy work that happens when we un-box and stock freight.

I was promoted after six months to Customer Service Technician. Ibelieve that while working here I learned and honed my Customer Services skills as well as helping out by designingposters and fliers promoting their upcoming sales as well as my regular job with them.

I served in the Navy aboard the USS Hopper (DDG-70) out of; I served as a Personnel Specialist and helped with the transition of my rate moving from ship toPSD Pearl Harbor.
