In PwC’s FSR (Financial Instruments, Structured Products and Real Estate) practice, I led small teams to help clients value commercial real estate properties and portfolios for financial reporting. I performed research for and analyzed commercial properties (including office, hotel, multi-family residential, retail and industrial property types) in all major real estate markets in the US as well as the UK, France and Italy. I completed purchase price allocations for individual property and portfolio transactions ranging from $50 million to $300 million.While at PwC, I helped develop FSR’s debt valuation practice in the Los Angeles office by training team members and leading all debt valuation projects for our local team. I also coordinated the campus recruiting efforts for my local team and built relationships with key candidates.
