As a QA lab tech, I performed microbiological analysis for pathogen detection on raw and finished products through real-time PCR and microplating, and conducted weekly environmental sampling and testing for our two packaging facilities. Our lab participates in bi-annual LGC Standards food microbiology proficiency testing schemes to ensure the lab procedures are accurate.
