Brandon opened and supported over 20 locations within a 5 year period. His responsibilities included site selection, real estate development, human resources, operational standards establishment, and financial operational performance enhancement. Total revenues in his particular region of responsibility grew from 0 to approximately $32,000,000 from 2003 to 2009. Created and implemented the Mentoring General Manager Program that caused the Southeast Region to develop more rapidly with trained and qualified General Managers. This program also allowed Brandon's region of resposibility to maintain the lowest turnover rate in the company during tenure.
