In addition, I created and updated a wide variety of different webpages to showcase services and products that Network Elites provided. I was also tasked with creating weekly blogs about the IT world to drive traffic to the website.I spearheaded the integration of videography and video editing to effectively tell client stories for Network Elites and to create engaging content through video blogs. These videos were shared across social channels like YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with LinkedIn and TikTok featuring quick previews that linked to the full-length videos.On the operational side, I updated and streamlined internal documentation for various procedures and improved on-boarding materials for new clients. I was also responsible for creating compelling proposals and service agreements for prospective clients, enhancing our approach to client acquisition.
