We pride ourselves in extending our signature heartfelt hospitality to all who walk through our doors.Job responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. (Job postings, offer and negotiation, onboarding documentations, onboarding candidate). - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.- Develop and implement innovative and creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the hiring process.- Manage the offboarding process (exit interview, exit clearance, cancellation of work permit, booking air tickets). - Responsible for creating and updating the HR system (HRconnect)- Handles work pass application for foreign candidates.- Handles any work pass related issues (replacement of work pass, updating personal details on WPOL etc)- Handles Casual Labour onboarding process.- Organize and take part in recruitment drives
