Pivoting from the strong relationship with glove manufacturers has enabled myself to be in a stronger position to negotiate and off take gloves from various reputable manufacturers.By collaborating with several partners who are second generation retail brand owners with strong networks, we have been able to secure contracts with international buyers for gloves up to today. I handle the procurement, drafting of proposals, private labelling, packing and logistics of our shipments.

I begun as an independent commission agent during college when iHandal only served the commercial sector (Hotels/Hospitals). I was subsequently offered a Business Development role upon returning from University as i continued my independent commission agent role throughout university and now identify as Business Development Manager.I witnessed their innovative growth and transition into the manufacturing sector and played an active role in researching new industries with heavy reliance on energy to develop and build my sales pipeline to penetrate companies in these industries. I take a mix of structured and unstructured approaches to understand how these clients work and to determine the ideal method of closing the sale.To date, I have successfully on boarded and commissioned iHandals solution in many Tier 1 clients from the hospitality, gloves, food manufacturing, FMCG sectors and more.

I was tasked with handling the day to day operations from high to low level decisions.I mainly handled the COGS, ordering, HR and housing of our staff. However, i also worked closely with the marketing department to ensure streamline roll out and sufficient training is done prior to marketing of any deals or events.Being in a rather saturated industry, we constantly experimented and tried to stay ahead of the competition by staying relevant and innovative. This has not gone unnoticed as we have been featured in several news outlets for launching our boba inspired cocktail series in 2020.

I have always had an interest in the automotive industry and what begun as a small trading /scalping business during college led to my interest in starting one of the first companies specialising in Volkswagen Audi Group vehicles. I was a founding member of the vwclubmalaysia and was the youngest involved in moderating the forums, planning and organising physical meet ups for over 100 pax at a time and begun doing sales with with president of the club. Managing the club and creating content on performance parts were our form of sales funnelling and building our target audience. Subsequently, I started this company and was involved in bringing into Malaysia several performance performance parts brands catering to vehicles in the Volkswagen Audi Group.Upon entering university, i sold my shares to the other partners as I could no longer play an active role. The company under a different name still operates to this day and is now the sole dealer for several reputable brands.
