I am licensed to practice law in Texas and Arkansas, as well as the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas and Western District of Arkansas. I graduated with a Juris Doctor from Northwestern School of Law in Chicago, Illinois in 2009. Prior to attending law school, I earned a B.A. in History, with High Honors, University Honors and as a Distinguished College Scholar, from the University of Texas at Austin. While at Texas, I was made a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Fraternity in recognition of high attainments in liberal scholarship. For the past four years I have owned and operated Eckhart Law Firm. As owner of Eckhart Law Firm I managed two employees and handled approximately forty clients at all times. I am experienced in complex litigation in the areas of civil litigation, contracts, probating estates, family law and business law. I recently relocated to the Dallas area and am seeking employment practicing in the areas of civil litigation, contracts, probating estates and/or family law.
