Brandon Weaver is a Vice President of Information Technology at Southern HealthCare Management. Colleagues describe him as "Brandon is a very fun person to work with and has a very outgoing personality. He is easy to joke around with and is very down-to-earth. His management style is very laid back, and he trusts his employees to get their work done and does not micromanage people. I personally think this is one of the best qualities of a superior. He does still have close relationships with his coworkers and knows what is being worked on and what needs to be done. I did not report to him very directly since I had a supervisor in between, but I know he works with the employees he directly supervises. He isn't afraid to get dirty or do menial tasks that some upper management would think is below their pay scale. He has the ability to think "big picture" style and is currently doing a great amount of work in a merger of three companies. The merger includes large projects such as the merging of all companies onto one domain and an EHR merge, and he is able to identify possible technical difficulties and work around them easily. His background and knowledge of networking and hardware puts him in a great position as an IT Director. I enjoy that not only can he manage people, but he has the technical know to to get almost anything accomplished. It is amazing how far he has built up Lakeside's servers and networks. He started from scratch and created a vast network for a 50 million dollar agency that includes 550+ users and growing. To conclude, I would like to restate my strong recommendation for Brandon. He is a great and knowledgeable person, and I hope to keep in touch with Brandon for years to come."
