Our work stretched from the heart of Kansas City to a 3-4hr drive (Wichita, St Louis, Omaha, etc). We were a referral partner with multiple commercial roofing companies to assist their clients on claims that were at an end pass. Many of them brought us in at the beginning of a claim.We also worked directly with business owners on large, complex claims on their properties. We can proudly say that we never lost a negotiation on a claim we adjusted. The average increased percentage on claims we adjusted was well over 100%. Our first year in business we negotiated over $10mm in claims that ranged from $120,000 - 2.6mm.I have now taken this experience and knowledge back to the restoration industry.
