I have over 20 years in IT, as a programmer, project manager, manager, director, and occasional entrepreneur, with experience in the telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, marketing, and entertainment industries. I have a passion for growing people and teams, and often times the best growth opportunities are during transitioning how we work. At some point I may figure out what I want to be when I grow up, but so far, my math, English, and law degrees have correctly indicated that I embrace challenges in every discipline. My style is to lead with empathy and caring for all as we solve the world's problems, one bit at a time. Oh, and I like to have fun. I am a co-owner of Triceratops Games, and I co-designed our game company's first tabletop boardgame, which had a successful Kickstarter campaign and is now available for sale.
