I am the Chief Information Officer at Lane Education Service District, a regional agency that provides technology services and support for over 800 staff and students in our own organization, more than 50,000 staff and students across 16 school districts and a community college. I have been in this role since June 2020, and I have over 15 years of experience in the IT field, working for various education and IT service organizations.My core competencies include managing IT projects, infrastructure, and operations, designing systems for speed, accuracy, ease of use, and alignment with strategic goals and execution, and ensuring high levels of system reliability, user satisfaction, and organizational alignment. I am also skilled in process design and improvement, data privacy, budget and resource management, vendor contract administration, team leadership, and improving customer service. I hold certifications in telecommunications (CTNS) and network administration (CCENT). My mission is to leverage technology to enhance learning outcomes and empower educators and students.
