-Recruit for 210 locations in five different states: New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Texas.-Keep up with compliance for all five states in regards to recruiting efforts and HR policies. -Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.-Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.-Work with executives on job descriptions for any new positions created within the company.-Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. -Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. -Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. -Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.-Manage all pre-hire onboarding activities for assigned portfolio, including but not limited to generating offer letters, background checks, scheduling drug screens, tracking progress and updating changes to necessary staff members.-Update staffing changes within assigned portfolio in ADP Workforce Now, additional HR tracking areas, and to appropriate staff members.-Maintain comfortable working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now to effectively administer new hire onboarding, benefits, staffing changes and communicate and resolve questions or malfunctions.-Worked closely with VP of HR on implementing an internship program.-Work closely with Regional Managers/Area Managers on recruiting trends per area to lower turnover.-Oversee all aspects of the training program.
