Proudly serving as a Fire Support Specialist (FIST) in the NY Army National Guard for 3 years. I am adept in operating various Army communication systems, such as radios and tactical data systems, as well as data management and analytics. Achieved the highest standards at the 124th Regiment Basic Leader’s Course (BLC) and became the recipient of the Distinguished Honor Graduate title and Army Achievement Medal. Graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, learning and polishing many important public and private sector skills.- Analyzed, approved, and recorded mission requests and mission data as part of the 1-258 FA brigade team during Operation Northern Strike in Camp Grayling, Michigan- Developed mentoring, counseling, coaching, and team-building skills through practice scenarios, group collaborations, and performance evaluations at BLC- Became involved in improving my community by researching the effects of the Criminal Justice Reform Act (2016) through partnering with the John Jay APPLE Corps program
