I'm an undergraduate student from the University of Colorado at Boulder studying Buddhist contemplative psychology and its application in mental health counseling. I am particularly interested in Tibetan Buddhist practices and its contributions to a synergistic scientific study of the human mind.I am currently serving as Vice President of Buff Brain Gym, a nonprofit organization pioneering a new era of brain health research in the midst of outdated treatment methods, inaccurate diagnoses, and stigmatization of the contemporary mental health model. Along with establishing chapters throughout the United States, Buff Brain Gym hopes to educate and empower young students in emerging techniques for fostering a healthier lifestyle in areas including nutrition, fitness, spirituality, and contemplative practice.
