I'm passionate about data analysis and processing. I'm currently employed as a data engineer at Striata, a global leader in push eBilling, and grateful to work with an amazing team.I've also been pursuing my BASc in Software Development at the University of Central Florida as a part-time student, and will be graduating after some additional elective coursework in spring 2016.In my "free" time, I enjoy completing courses on Lynda.com, and am also working on a Data Science specialization through Coursera that is administered by Johns Hopkins University. I also write games and apps in Python, which is a language I can't seem to get enough of.I'm a command line nerd who loves learning about new technologies and frameworks; lately I've been particularly interested in AngularJS and the Ionic mobile app framework. I'm an avid reader of tech/programming blogs and subreddits, and frequent listener of the CoderRadio and Talk Python To Me podcasts (among others).Outside of programming I enjoy spending time with my wife and two dogs, listening to and making music (guitar and MPC programming primarily), cooking, working on DIY projects, and spending time outdoors.
