As a seasoned Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with over 26 years of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to providing exceptional patient care and driving operational excellence.From September 2001 to February 2021, I had the privilege of serving at a large Family Practice Clinic, where I honed my skills as a nurse and expanded my responsibilities over the years. Initially, I worked closely with a physician for 16 years, performing a wide range of clinical duties including rooming patients, administering immunizations, conducting EKGs and Spirometry tests, and assisting with minor surgeries. During this time, I also took on administrative tasks such as managing medication and radiology precertifications, overseeing the patient portal FollowMyHealth, and serving as a superuser for Allscripts EHR.In January 2019, I transitioned into a Nurse IT position, where I spearheaded various initiatives including overseeing Medicare Advantage Incentive Programs, Provider Credentialing, and managing the Patient Portal. I played a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining MACRA/MIPS Medicare Program requirements, while also managing supply ordering, maintaining the Immunization Registry (IMMTRAC), and providing IT support for hardware and software systems.In February 2021, I joined DAS Health as an Implementation Specialist, where I provided invaluable support to Allscripts clients, resolving issues, customizing solutions, and performing upgrades. My commitment to client success led me to the role of Product Manager for AccessUrHealth (AUH), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) in April 2022. In this capacity, I facilitated billing processes, conducted webinars, and managed the budget for these products, while also recruiting new practices and ensuring program success.Building on my diverse skill set, I transitioned to DAS Health Consulting in July 2023, where I expanded my expertise to include other EHR systems such as Aprima, Athena, and NextGen. I developed training materials, provided implementation support, and worked with a variety of specialties including Primary Care, OB/Gyn, Pain Management, and Neurology.My strengths lie in my motivation, organizational skills, and attention to detail, allowing me to successfully manage projects of any scale while enhancing staff development and ensuring client satisfaction. I am passionate about driving EHR and PM implementation projects to completion within budget and schedule constraints, and I am dedicated to the success of every client I work with.
