First point of contact for all ticket incidents submitted to LLN Help Desk. Triage various types of technical and administrative incidents- problem solving, technical support of various software applications. Participates in the investigation and analysis of system application need and problems presented by both internal and external customers/clients. Admin various applications- account creation and deactivation. Maintain a working relationship with a variety of internal/external clients. Provides on-call assistance to internal and external clients. Assist with training of employees in a variety of positions. Actively participates in the testing and implementation of new systems and applications.

Facilitated various transactions through the Lender Live Network process fromstart to finish while acting as a liaison between outside Account Executives,Brokers and all internal operations involved. Handled all incoming correspondence from both internal and external customers in order to provide accurate information and/or answers to questions relating to product/pricing, file status, underwriting guidelines and resolutions for escalated items. Originated and processed both conforming and non-comforming mortgage loans. Maintained working relationships with Account Executives from several lenders. Successfully closed several loans per month.

Handled escalated customer issues at the corporate level via telephone and written correspondence. Prepared monthly reports for Senior Vice President and assisted with Employee Recognition. Worked closely with all levels of management within the organization.
