Reported directly to the HR Executive Team Lead and provided leadership to the HR team members while delivering day-to-day support of Human Resources operational and administrative activities for a store of over 300 employees. This included payroll, scheduling, policy and procedure implementation, tracking performance management, and assisting with employee relations situations.
