As project and program manager for over 20 years for growing, agile for- and non-profit businesses, I have successfully jumped in and started each position with no formal training or industry knowledge. I am a confident self-starter with strong research, organization and communication skills. At GNS I was brought in during a crisis situation with programs being on the brink of being discontinued. During my tenure the board has been successful in making positive budget flows.I keep my creative side alive with dance, taking photographs in the backcountry with my dogs, and creating programs for local theater companies and flyers for Siskiyou County SAR.
