YGT is a non profit organization focused on suicide prevention, mental health awareness and addiction and recovery. Our goal is to provide a safe, judge free forum for those needing help. My role is to facilitate adult slow pitch tournaments in Utah. By utilizing a passion for softball, we are able to have real conversations in a large group setting while participating in a common love.

• Work with the A Plus Benefits sales team in facilitating the set up of the online time management system A Plus Benefits provides• Provide support to 200+ small businesses currently using the A Plus online time management system• Look for areas of opportunity to improve the overall customer experience• Look for areas of opportunity to increase efficiencies both for the small business owner and for A Plus Benefits• Communicate discoveries with A Plus Benefits and the online time management software team in order to improve the overall customer experience.

• Develop and support ongoing partnerships with 60-75 small businessess • Process payroll for 60-75 small businesses• Prioritize based on multiple deadlines and facilitation of payrolls• Educate small business owners on payroll laws, best business practices, HR guidelines, etc. • Look for areas of opportunity to improve the overall customer experience.

• Statewide facilitation of various softball recreation programs.• Work to develop and grow slow pitch softball statewide through communication and guidelines for cities, teams and individual players.• Recruit, train and develop contracted umpires• All financial aspects of a business: invoicing, profit and loss, payroll, etc• Umpire slow pitch softball for 20+ years

• Oversee all aspects of staffing: forecasting, posting, initial interview, hiring, orientation, and education for all new staff.• Work closely with executive team and upper management to determine: staffing needs, productivity levels, coaching on hiring, progressive action and termination.• Develop partnerships within the community that promoted recruitment efforts: Ie: MATC clinical schedules, job fairs, MATC board meetings, CNA schools interviewing, etc. • Education of staff based on discipline: OSHA, HIPAA, back safety, CPR, outside vendor in-services, ongoing training needs, etc.• Benefits administration: liaison between broker and employee for all benefits. Oversee new hire and open enrollment of staff for health, dental, flex spending, supplemental insurance, 401 K participation, FMLA tracking, workers compensation tracking, unemployment claims.• Streamlined payroll process for 120+ staff including: hourly, salary, per visit, contract• Created and maintained new employee files, garnishments, etc.• HR compliance management of employee files per State requirements ie: Background checks, drug screening, credentials for field clinicians,
