I have the pleasure of leading an amazing group of trainers for our agency which is both satisfying and rewarding. Included in my supervisory duties is quarterly evaluations for probationary employees, annual appraisals for tenured employees, and monthly quality assurance evaluations. Additionally, researching complaints and conducting investigations to include administering lower level discipline falls within my scope of duties. As a floor supervisor I am responsible for a staff of 30-40 people each day to include dispatchers, call takers, and report writers. Additional responsibilities include ensuring adequate staffing and shift coverage for last minute absences in accordance with our Collective Bargaining Agreement. As the Scheduling Supervisor I prepare, audit, and publish our monthly schedule for a staff of 120 employees. Show less
