Ms. Cramer is an experienced Executive with over 18 years of public sector experience in strategic planning, change management, and crisis management for the purpose of supporting criminal justice and public safety. Ms. Cramer began her career with the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department as an analyst and advanced to division director. She has extensive experience in data analytics, system development and integration, and data driven solutions. Ms. Cramer was a contributor to the Washington Navy Yard After-Action Report which led to the development of an enhanced response to mass fatality incidents in the District. While employed with the Inspector General, she became a Certified Fraud Examiner authorized to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud utilizing investigative techniques and designing effective anti-fraud programs. As Chief of Staff at the DC Department of Forensic Sciences, she served as Project Manager for ANAB reaccreditation efforts for the Forensic Science Laboratory. She currently serves as Director of the Analytical Services Division within the Homeland Security Bureau, DC Police.
