Executive Director Human Resources Risk Management
Current- Partner with department heads and elected officials to develop and understand the objectives and long-term goals of Campbell County.
- Develops and implements short-term and long-term goals and strategies to achieve long-term cost containment or reduction in areas of benefits, workmen’s’ compensation, unemployment, turnover, risk, and compensation.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
- Coordinates and advises on a County-wide basis recruitment and selection processes, classification and compensation programs, performance appraisal systems, FMLA leave procedures and practices, and employee.
- Researches, negotiates, and administers the County benefits and risk management programs.
- Interprets, develops, communicates, reviews, and updates Human Resources and Risk Management policies, procedures, and guidelines. Recommends changes and additions to the County’s personnel guidelines and employee.
