•Managed the forecasting and planning process for a team of 4 analyst forecasting a portfolio of 64MM deposits accounts and approximately 6MM debits units annually•Built and managed all management reporting related to deposit units including R&Os, month end, quarter end, forecast, plan and investor relations packages•Developed and maintained new Hyperion platform for units reporting by creating a reporting infrastructure and monthly processes to support the new system of record which consolidates units from several sources such as PMRR, DDL, etc. •Coordinated systems teams for the LaSalle transition of deposits units totaling 2MM and balances totaling $28B into DDL and implemented reporting and testing tools used to ensure accuracy of data feeds

•Managed the forecasting and planning process for a team of nine analysts forecasting $900 million in expenses•Earned Green Belt Certification for streamlining processes within finance; this resulted in a savings of $200,000 annually •Built a site analysis tools and managed a project to eliminate unnecessary real estate in a portfolio of 2.4 million square feet in 25 operating locations totaling $63 million annually; the project resulted in an elimination of $10 million in occupancy charges annually •Managed a project to research system errors that caused assets to be booked incorrectly to the balance sheet; the project resulted in a realignment of $10 million dollars of revenue producing assets to GCSBB•Developed a new allocations model that improved the accuracy of allocating out a cost pool of over $1 billion in expenses •Developed and managed financial reports for various P&L reports to support 11 subdivisions totaling $900million in expenses

• Developed and managed senior management weekly reports to chart the progress of a Six Sigma Black Belt project that is expected to achieve $8.4 billion in additional purchase mortgage production and approximately $87 million in revenues• Created survey and data templates to provide Voice of Associate results for Consumer Real Estate (CRE) division. This data is utilized to identify key drivers of CRE sales by replicating top performers’ behaviors• Built process maps for business growth to identify key business drivers and develop Six Sigma projects intended to increase sales in the Consumer Banking Division
