1. Provides individual, group and family therapy, and therapeutic intervention to clients in school/community/home settings, while maintaining financial viability of the program.2. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Behavior Specialist, school administrators and school personnel, and engage in regular communication.8. Supervise 68 staff in Wraparound Tulsa services, Community Based, School Based Positive Behavior Intervention Services, and Crisis Stabilization Hospital, Transition services children aging out of DHS, and Parent Child Interactive Therapy which includes supervision of a 1 Physician, 10 Therapists, 20 Case Managers, 10 Life Skills Coach, 1 Unit Director, 1 Project Director, 2 Assistant Program Directors, 5 Behavioral Health Aides, 5 Family Support Specialists, 2 Intake Therapist, and 8 Transition Coordinators, and 5 Nurses. Oversee Budget and revenue over 1.7 million dollars for the 2007 Fiscal year, responsible for hiring, and program development.
