I am a former On-Air personality for various radio stations here in the Midwest, so needless to say I have excellent communication skills written and verbally and of course I love music. After a few years in Radio, I transitioned into a training position for a globally known communications company. In this position, I trained classes ranging from 5 to 25 depending on the content being trained. As a trainer, I trained in sales, service, up skill, and cross training. I was promoted to Supervisor more than once, but choose to return to training. While training, I implemented orientation practices that were adopted company wide, and also implemented many training modules used today. I am currently an Assistant Buyer for WSU in procurement.
