My professional career started as a sales associate and progressed to assistant sales manager within two years where I began my journey of mentoring and managing others. Over time, I've gained valuable experience in managing people, marketing and advertising, managing grants, resolving conflicts, driving improvements, and corporate communications in medical and behavioral health clinics. I now work at a non-profit healthcare organization as an Administrator overseeing two primary care clinics in Wasilla and multiple federally qualified health care centers in rural Alaska. I am results-driven and my energy increases when creating something new, improving or enhancing a process, or when pushing for results.
