When I turned 40, I dyed my hair the brightest electric purple I could find. I did this fibromyalgia awareness because I was about to undergo cancer treatment for the 3rd time in my lifetime. I decided that I should do whatever I want to be happy and if that meant purple hair, so be it.In the process of coloring my hair, I thought about just shaving my head a million times. But despite the pain in my arms, hands, and fatigue due to general exhaustion, I kept going. I’m that person. Once I say I’ll do something, it will happen.I use this same determination in the workplace. I strive for excellence, regardless of what I have going on, and keep pushing forward as if my life depended on it.People that know me would tell you that I'm a very strong and generous person.
