I am a Residential Realtor in the Beautiful and Vibrant City of Calgary. My years of experience in Real Estate allow me to confidently and knowledgeably help my clients. This helps me work effectively as both a Buyer and a Seller’s Agent in the competitive real estate world. Keeping up on the pulse of Realestate is important in the ever-changing world we are in. I know the city of Calgary very extensively. I also work with many clients that are from some of our smaller communities just outside of Calgary including Cochrane, Airdrie, Chestermere & Okotoks. I pride myself on making wonderful connections both personally and professionally. I feel this is essential to run a successful business, but more importantly to have a business that I am proud to have my name on. Prior to Realestate, I worked in the healthcare world as an Emergency Nurse. Helping people is what I did, & still do. It is what I truly love. Being a Realtor allows me to do this in a different way. Working in healthcare I learned the importance of making great connections with other experts, and the importance of teamwork for the best client outcomes. I have carried this into the real estate profession and my business. I have surrounded myself with many trusted and experienced colleagues that play important roles in the real estate process. I have a strong network of real estate lawyers, inspectors, trade specialties, movers, stagers, and mortgage brokers. This helps make the process for my buyers and sellers less stressful and run much smoother. You name it, I will find it. I also have made many trusted connections with realtors in different cities both nationally and internationally. Making it wonderful for my clients that want to relocate, invest in property, or buy a second home. Trust is essential, and the pillar in my business. I have always had a love for Real estate, and over the past 20 years, I have been, and still am an avid investor with my own business projects. Fixing, beautifying, selling, & creating a beautiful new footprint in the community for a new family. I feel we all have things we excel in, and just come naturally to us. Helping people sell and/or find their new home is that for me! It is what I do best!
