The past 10 years have allowed me to become very proficient in the area of bankruptcy law, due to my experience working with consumer bankruptcy debtors, employment with the Chapter 7 Trustee and subsequent employment with the Chapter 13 Trustee. I have a keen eye for details, especially those related to secured transactions and unperfected real estate security interests.I currently serve as the Property Damage and Referral Attorney at the Mike Hostilo Law Firm. My role consists of aiding the litigation team with property claims, advising our clients on total loss settlements, salvage claims, repair processing and diminished value claims. On the referral side, my team screens potential cases for product liability, premise liability, worker's compensation, negligent security, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice and other types of injury claims.
