 Organize and administrate day-to-day operations and procedures regarding member service and engagement, youth and adult programming, human resources, and financial management operations/cycle Develop and provide accountability for annual budget of five departments (i.e. Sports, BAS and Day Camp, Aquatics, Membership, Healthy Living) with cost-effective management of operational resources Supervise, train, develop, and perform annual performance reviews with full-time and part-time staff in order to set SMART professional and personal development goals with quarterly follow-up reviews Develop and implement real-time strategic plan and best practices policies in collaboration with professional staff and Board of Directors Build and facilitate key relationships with community businesses, schools, organizations, and healthcare providers/health departments in order to extend the organizational vision and mission, create program advocates and referring agents/agencies, and form collaborating partnerships Complete organizational chart of division and team leaders and train Board of Directors and staff for annual fundraising campaign Lead role in Member Involvement division of annual fundraising campaign Assess, develop, and lead organization-wide training sessions in order to effectively communicate organizational strategy, vision, mission, and policy/procedures to ensure understanding of desired impact and competency in member service and teamwork Design and implement annual organizational Marketing Plan for member engagement strategies and program growth, quality, and retention  Enlist, train, and develop volunteers in order to positively impact financial budget and increase quantity and quality of organizational storytellers Research, request, implement, and document grant funding Plan team and morale building opportunities in order to create buy-in from staff Administrate human resource functions and payroll for all staff 
